Help Support our initiatives that benefit

Special Forces Soldiers and their families

Annual the Special Forces Association and its Chapter provides assistance/support to the Special Forces Community, supporting the soldiers and families of Special Forces units; award annual scholarships both at the National and Chapter levels; promote camaraderie within the Force and act as the voice of Special Forces. These activities are supported by member and public donations.

The BTB is the Chapter Newsletter. Published monthly the newsletter purpose is to keep Chapter members current on Chapter Activities. Members with information for publication may submit information or articles to the BTB editor at tdanmcgin@gmail.com

SPECIAL FORCES ASSOCIATION CHAPTER I-XVIII

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Chapter I-XVIII Scholarship Program is designed to provide annual educational scholarship grants. Each year awardees are selected by the Chapter Scholarship Committee. Candidates for the awards are evaluated by the Committee and approved by the Chapter Officers. Announcement of the scholarship awards will be made at the July Chapter meeting.

The program is a separate account that derives from contributions of members and other interested parties and corporations. Contributions should be made payable to the "Chapter 1-XVIII Scholarship Fund" and mailed to:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

APPLICANTS must be a Chapter I-XVIII member in good standing; the dependent of a member; or the immediate family of a deceased member who was in good standing at the time of death (including grandchildren of a member in good standing). Prior awardees may apply.

Accepted by, or already attending an accredited university, college or vocational institute, to include postgraduate studies.
